The article has to be on an up and coming artist. Who better than Atticus? He’s strikingly handsome, has a great voice, and a magnetic personality. Everyone seems to love him. Everyone but Poppy. Although, she can’t deny his talent. It’s a win win! If this article turns out the way she’s planning, she’s got that promotion in the bag! And featured in one of the biggest magazines in the world, Atticus’s band is bound to take off! With Poppy’s workaholic attitude and Atticus’s whimsical and flighty one, they make a delightful team. Working on the article, the two form an unlikely friendship as Poppy feels herself falling deeper and deeper into the rabbit hole that is Atticus’s charm. Although she begins to wonder, is there more to this connection than a friendship?
